Why Irish Dancing?

By now most of us have had the pleasure of watching either one or if not all three of the famous Michael Flatley's Masterpieces, Riverdance, Lord of the Dance and Feet of Flames. Still not convinced why you should choose Irish Dancing. Well let me try and convince you.

Reasons why you should choose Irish Dancing:

Irish Dancing can be enjoyed by all ages, you can be 4 or 65 years of age.

Not only can you dance Irish Dancing competitevly, but also for exercise purposes. Irish Dancing is good cardio-vascular workout.

Irish Dancing consists of both Soft shoe & Hard shoe dances.

In Irish Dancing you will have the opportunity to learn solo dances as well as Ceili Dances for example: Four Hand Reel, Three Tunes and many more.

If you are already actively involved with another dance form and are looking for a second, Irish Dancing is a good choice as it is so different to the likes of Ballet, Highland, Contemporary, etc. Yet so similar. They all compliment each other.

There is an annual registration fee which entitles you to partake in Exams, Feis(Competitions) and Workshops for a minimal fee.

Irish Dancing comes side by side with lively Irish Music. What more could you ask for.

IRISH DANCING IS 100% PURE VIBRANT ENERGY AND FUN!

Bet you can't resist!

Yours in Dancing, Joanne Kerr. (Ballet and Irish Dancing Teacher and Competitive Dancer, Highland Competitive Dancer)
